Rascolnikoff (based in Buenos Aires, Argentina) is a movement of instrumental songs, that identify themselves with trip-hop music as their base, but in which also other genres converge. The idea is to make songs that do not stipulate states, do not tell stories and do not expose feelings. It's presentations are characterized by confusing and expressionist visuals. They also tend to vary their formats and instrumentation, which means that works are not always interpreted in the same way.
